Exchange Policy:

Urban Electrica is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-bikes. We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the purchase date of the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The bike must be in like-new condition with no damage.
2. The odometer reading must be under 30 miles.
3. Customers are entitled to one exchange only.
4. Should the customer choose a more expensive bike, they are required to pay the price difference. Conversely, if they opt for a less expensive bike, the price difference will be refunded.

Refund Policy:

Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be satisfied:

1. The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
2. The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
3. Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund. 

Please note that returns and exchanges will not be processed beyond the specified timeframes or if the conditions outlined above are not met. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies.

If a shipment is refused or unaccepted upon delivery and returned to us, customers are eligible for a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

To qualify for a refund:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
