Absolutely! If you are based in Arizona, stop by our retail location in Tempe, Arizona! If you are not based in Arizona, rest assured our products are backed with warranty's ranging from 1-2 years depending on the manufacturer. Warranty & return information is listed on our FAQ page.

What Is Urban Electrica's Return/Refund Policy?
Urban Electrica E-Bikes Return & Exchange Policy:
Exchange Policy:
Urban Electrica is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-bikes. We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the purchase date of the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The bike must be in like-new condition with no damage.
- The odometer reading must be under 30 miles.
- Customers are entitled to one exchange only.
- Should the customer choose a more expensive bike, they are required to pay the price difference. Conversely, if they opt for a less expensive bike, the price difference will be refunded.
Refund Policy:
Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
- The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
- Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be processed beyond the specified timeframes or if the conditions outlined above are not met. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies.

What Is Urban Electrica's E-Bike Warranty Policy? (Excludes E-Moto)
Electric Bikes:
Cyrusher E-Bikes: 2-year warranty on the frame, 1-year parts warranty on all components, and 1-year parts warranty on the battery against manufacturer defects. All warranties do not include assembly errors, damaged or wrecked bikes, wear and tear, or general maintenance.
All Other Electric Bike Brands: 1-year bumper to bumper parts warranty against manufacturer defects. All warranties do not include assembly errors, damaged or wrecked bikes, wear and tear, or general maintenance.
What is Urban Electrica's E-Moto Warranty Policy?
RAWRR E-Moto:
Urban Electrica offers a limited 30 Day parts warranty against manufacturer defects.
For 30 Days from the order date we can replace any part that is deemed defective from manufacturing.
The power system (motor, controller, display and battery) has a 12 month limited warranty.
We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as brake components, seals, bearings, chains, and suspension components, tires, rims, grips, handlebars, as well as exclusions for misuse of product, or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or general neglect. Misuse may include altering any factory wiring or installing any non-genuine Rawrr parts, as well as any racing or competition use. Any misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are non-transferable and you must have proof of purchase from Urban Electrica before asking for warranty replacement.
What is Urban Electrica's Mini Motors Policy?
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and payment processing fees for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and payment processing fees are 2.9% of the purchase cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, return shipping, and payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund. Once we tender the packages to UPS or Fedex, we cannot guarantee shipping times or delays that are caused by the shipping company. If a return is requested because of shipping delays you would be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
