Urban Electrica E-Bikes Return & Exchange Policy:

Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy exclusively in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following criteria must be satisfied:

• The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
• The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
• Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• Pre-Shipment Cancellations (Buyer's Remorse/Change of Mind): Orders canceled by the customer for purely discretionary reasons (e.g., buyer's remorse, change of mind, found a better price, etc.) before the item has shipped are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers transaction processing costs incurred by Urban Electrica.
• Post-Shipment Refusals: If a shipment is refused or unaccepted upon delivery and returned to us, customers are eligible for a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.
• Free Model Changes: Customers wishing to change to a different Urban Electrica bike model prior to shipment may do so at no additional fee, subject to availability and price differences. Please contact customer service immediately to arrange this.

General Conditions:

• Returns and exchanges will not be processed beyond the specified 30-day timeframe or if the conditions outlined above are not met.
• The 5% restocking fee (for discretionary cancellations) and the 5% restocking fee (for refused deliveries) are applied to mitigate losses from payment processing fees, administrative costs, and inventory restocking associated with these cancellations/returns.
• We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies.
