With a robust frame, larger axles, brakes, and forks, it’s designed for durability and comfort, accommodating riders up to 6'3" and 350 lbs. Weighing just 82 lbs, it offers 4 selectable ride modes—two for smooth cruising and two for instant power. Equipped with a powerful brushless motor, it hits speeds of 30+ mph with quick acceleration and excellent hill climbing. New features include a 3-mode headlight (Hi, Lo, strobe) and bright LED sidelights for safety. Ideal for those who want more power in a compact size, this bike is perfect for off-road adventures, camping, and pit-bike environments. Designed for riders 16 and older with motorcycle skills, it’s fun for the whole family!

Exchange Policy:
Urban Electrica is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-bikes. We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the purchase date of the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The bike must be in like-new condition with no damage.
- The odometer reading must be under 30 miles.
- Customers are entitled to one exchange only.
- Should the customer choose a more expensive bike, they are required to pay the price difference. Conversely, if they opt for a less expensive bike, the price difference will be refunded.
Refund Policy:
Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
- The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
- Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be processed beyond the specified timeframes or if the conditions outlined above are not met. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies.
