Powertrain:
At the core of the Storm Bee's powertrain is a robust 104V/55Ah battery pack, capable of reaching a top speed of 75 mph and a maximum range of 70 miles. The included charger allows you to recharge the battery via a standard wall outlet in just 4 hours.
The precision-engineered FOC motor control unit efficiently manages power to the liquid-cooled, brushless (BLDC) motor. Built-in sensors automatically optimize power delivery when temperatures rise, ensuring safe operation and maximizing battery life.
Frame Design:
The Storm Bee's high-strength aluminum frame delivers the perfect blend of stiffness and flexibility, enhancing your riding experience. The compact design of the battery pack, motor control unit (MCU), and motor reduces unsprung weight and ensures balanced performance. Exchange Policy:
Urban Electrica is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-bikes. We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the purchase date of the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The bike must be in like-new condition with no damage.
- The odometer reading must be under 30 miles.
- Customers are entitled to one exchange only.
- Should the customer choose a more expensive bike, they are required to pay the price difference. Conversely, if they opt for a less expensive bike, the price difference will be refunded.
Refund Policy:
Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
- The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
- Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund.
