The Best Motor Yet
At its core, the ET MAX features a new cutting-edge motor, the Tile motor. This innovation significantly boosts torque, allowing you to tackle challenging terrains with ease.
The ET MAX's motherboard is a marvel of engineering, equipped with 48 MOSFETs and the latest tenth-generation main control MCU. This upgrade enhances overall performance, ensuring a seamless and responsive riding experience.
The unicycle features specialized firmware, optimized for both racing and off-road adventures. The Off-Road mode delivers higher torque for superior climbing and jumping capabilities, while the Racing mode offers increased speed and customizable maximum speed settings.
Comfort and Safety
Ride in comfort and control, thanks to the greatly enhanced Begode shock absorber. With a larger 1300lb 150mm long spring, reinforced piston shaft, and rod, and adjustable bi-directional damping, you're assured a smooth, responsive ride whether you're racing, jumping, or exploring off-road trails. We do have a smaller 900lb spring available here
Safety is paramount with the ET MAX. It includes advanced features like linear adjustment of tilt-angle shutdown protection, motor blockage protection, and stable firmware upgrades, ensuring a reliable ride that exceeds your expectations.
Battery
The ET Max utilizes the Samsung 50s heavyweight high-current battery cells.
Suspension Updates
The new versions of Begode shocks are hybrid air/coil, and they only require 100 PSI for the small air reservoir, unlike the older air shocks that needed 200-300 PSI. You only need to add air if you prefer a firmer "spring" feel.
You can easily adjust the pressure using a traditional air compressor or a tire pump. This is why Begode does not include a shock pump with their newer hybrid air/coil shocks
Shipping & Returns
Urban Electrica E-Bikes Return & Exchange Policy:
Urban Electrica provides a 30-day return policy exclusively in cases of definable mechanical issues or defects with the e-bike. To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The bike must be free of damage or scratches.
- The odometer reading must be less than 20 miles.
- Errors with customer assembly do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations (Buyer's Remorse/Change of Mind): Orders canceled by the customer for purely discretionary reasons (e.g., buyer's remorse, change of mind, found a better price, etc.) before the item has shipped are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers transaction processing costs incurred by Urban Electrica.
- Post-Shipment Refusals: If a shipment is refused or unaccepted upon delivery and returned to us, customers are eligible for a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.
- Free Model Changes: Customers wishing to change to a different Urban Electrica bike model prior to shipment may do so at no additional fee, subject to availability and price differences. Please contact customer service immediately to arrange this.
General Conditions:
- Returns and exchanges will not be processed beyond the specified 30-day timeframe or if the conditions outlined above are not met.
- The 5% restocking fee (for discretionary cancellations) and the 5% restocking fee (for refused deliveries) are applied to mitigate losses from payment processing fees, administrative costs, and inventory restocking associated with these cancellations/returns.
- We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies.
